Grand Suite Guests
The large marble bar was stocked with small bottles of various liquors complimentary, as
was all the initial beverages in the mini-fridge.
The suite has the most elaborate stereo setup we've seen. HDTV (yes...no lines) all
digital stereo, DVD/CD, tuner and extra large speakers finish out this end of the suite.
The suite has the best sound proofing we've encountered on a cruise ship. Although,
certainly the rest of the floor heard Louie Armstrong playing down the hall at sometime
during the week.
The Grand Suite was appointed with a better set of linens, towels, robes and slippers
(that don't fit size 13 feet) than the other suites. Huge walk-in closet and lighting all
over in every nook and cranny. Nowhere on Princess's site or any other have we've found
decent pictures. Princess's site shows the 'Grand Princess' Grand suite...as in the
ship, this one is totally different. Basically they took two suites and merged them into
this one BIG suite.
The bedroom's TV and dressing area is very large and comfortable with the most storage
space we've ever seen on board a ship. A king size bed is waiting to sooth you off to
la-la land.
